Whether you are brand new to church or you’ve been around church for a while, we want to say welcome! At FBC Windsor, our goal is to create environments and experiences where you can encounter God in the midst of your life. Who are we?

At First Baptist Church Windsor, we seek to reach the lost, teach the Word, and grow in Christ. We do this by glorifying God through worship, gathering with others in biblical community, growing together as disciples who make disciples and going into the world through missions, evangelism and service. We have learned that when we use biblical words to describe biblical truths in biblical ways, our doctrine and practice will be sound, our thinking will be renewed, our lives will be transformed, and God will be greatly glorified.

Sunday Worship

The focus of our worship is God. This can be clearly seen in the selection of Scripture, music and prayer in our services. Our worship service starts at 10:40 am and is led by our worship leader, featuring a mix of hymns and the great songs of our faith. Before worship, our small group time takes place at 9:30 am. No matter what season of life you’re in, we believe our groups help to encourage spiritual growth while deepening relationships with others.

What about childcare?

Childcare is provided every Sunday morning by caring members who teach God’s Word for children from birth to Kindergarten. Older children have access to Busy Bags during morning worship. This allows families to be able to worship together.

What about my family?

There is a place for every member of your family no matter the age! Our Children’s Ministry offers experiences for children and help parents point their children toward Christ so that one day, they will accept Him as their personal Savior and become life long disciples. IMPACT Student Ministry is the 7-12 grade ministry. Our goal is to rise and do all that God is calling us to do. That means we do whatever it takes to honor God with our lives, with our voices, and with our talents.

Where do I park?

There are several parking places available on or near the First Baptist Church. There are two main lots surrounding the building, and a secondary lot behind the church building. Handicap parking is available at the main entrance to the building.

What do I wear?

There’s no dress code at First Baptist Church Windsor! While here on Sunday, you may notice that our people aren’t defined by one particular style of dress. From “very casual” to "Sunday Best" our congregation is a collection of ordinary people that are different ages, coming from different backgrounds, but unified with one purpose – to live life centered in Jesus Christ.
